I know they "fixed" the tracking on certain moves but it really does feel like Hawks was the only one they fixed lmao. Tech Toga and Tech Dabi straight up feel like they got shadow nerfed and they were definitely not the characters who needed to be shadow nerfed

I think the "strange feeling" ppl are having with Tech Toga's gamma is because the tracking system got nerfed and now it only works if the enemy is completely uncovered in your camera (being behind a car is enough for it to affect), and now if you keep going in and out of covers the tracking gets affected The word on the streets say that Tech Dabi's are really struggling with alphas because of it (cuz they obviously weren't having ANY type of struggle at all already)

Toga's gamma is definitely bugged As seen even in this video at times the attack lands but no damage is dealt but it still collects the blood, and sometimes you can clearly see that it has landed but again no damage and no blood collect. This is the reason why I don't play technical Toga anymore because when you use her gamma it's honestly a gamble if the attack will actually do anything and thats not even considering the horrible tracking

It's a longshot, but it seems like the game is on a delay keeping track of who you're currently looking at with tech toga gamma. In every case where it acts strange, it usually hunts down a player you were previously looking at or previously closer to; prior to even casting the skill. It felt flat awful to me when S7 started but my goodness sometimes it feels unpredictable. I wish we knew what it actually was doing. *Note that when S7 started some of the best toga players I watch on streams were absolutely livid when they tried to play tech toga and her gamma felt delayed constantly. Everyone was 100% convinced it was a shadow nerf before Rapid Toga came out to incentivize playing the new gacha character instead.

I've mained tech toga since season 1 and to be honest I gotta tell you her gamma got shadow nerfed it doesn't hit as much as it did before, not to mention it won't catch a flying nejire and a flying hawks if they are in movement which is crazy it's been changed this way since the hawks came out. and they also nerfed it obstacles aswell..
