Hi Lee! There is at least one more Casio that has these slotted screws: take a look at your dbx-100 :) Also there are other completely buttonless Casios: the VDB touchscreen watches.

The VDB touch screen came out a decade later, Thats a long time. yes your right the DBX has the them screws too. well spotted
