Its just a small response to show that themselves are choosing not to respond in big measures and are keeping their enemies distracted. Iranian leadership has new negotiating chips on the table. They have a deal worth $600 billion with China. This is $24 billion USD added to the GDP per year.. This allows Iran to operate under less financial constraint. That being said, they should enter a new nuclear deal with the West so that they can open up their economy to further global trade. Israel's actions serve to distance the US and Iran from negotiation. The Iranian economy opening up to take with the West will allow Iran to remain a geopolitically independent force that will not have to rely on the West nor China.
