I really like this piece and considered getting it over XM mainly due to all the cool switchouts. However, ultimately I'm more of a purist and I much prefer XM's portrait over the classic portrait on this piece.

He’s always been my favorite villain in the rogues gallery of Spider-Man. So much so, that in the early 90s I bought his first appearance as a young kid. I totally wish this kit was a vinyl kit so I could paint one up. It’s amazing.

Its cool, I personally have the XM and I love it, price point and availabilty go to XM but if I had the ca$h, space, and access to this one, it would be a nice addition to the collection.

Portrait swap outs awesome and a torso swap out just badass.

When you spend a total of 17 hundred beans on a statue, seams should never be an issue. I also grade all statues with what I call shelf presence. Rhino looks amazing. Resembles Contest of Champions's Rhino. When your looking at your shelf from a bit.... it must look like a grey figure on top of do this grey pile that seems to be the same color. I wish they made the body a tad bit lighter. Can we get a Paul Giamati portrait????

Yeah the magnets are extremely strong. Xm rhino is odd looking to me so the clear winner is the custom. Having this custom and sideshows I think sideshow edges out a win if I was comparing.

I think this costume Rhino has way more switch outs than the XM one does. So for the price and having more display options the custom one takes the cake. Still it would be easier to get the XM studios Rhino over the custom at this time. So for someone who just wanted to own a Rhino statue and they missed out on the Sideshow version the best bet would be XM studios. Hey Mr. X do you think that if he were real, whomever falls in love with the Rhino might suffer from Zoophilia or Bestiality. I don't know for sure but there might be a strong possibility. Anyway awesome Rhino sculpt. Congratulations on obtaining it.

looks great and always love switchouts, but definitely XM for me. Prefer their portrait and less of the cab, plus i think this cab is underscaled compared to rhino. Still looks amazing though, the skin is wonderfully done.

That’s an awesome statue, but fortunately I still love my Sideshow Rhino and don’t feel the urge to spend that kind of money for a new one. Having so many portraits that are all so different is a nice option though

Absolutely love the extra display base... that it includes all 3 replacement heads is awesome and you can easily display it too if you want. I didn't think that all the heads would look this good (the one with the 'red visor' is the one I like the least...) The seam lines were the first thing I noticed which could have been better, but I think they are pretty good hidden with that pose.

I think definitely the deluxe was the only way to go you need to have all these different switch outs and you have a different statue every time you change something. I did look forward to this character when they showed him at the end of Spider-Man 2 I'm sure some people weren't happy with it but at least it was realistic in the point it was a mechanical suit

The amount of time a licensed statue takes to come to market from when the company is told to make some changes to when it gets approved then is teased before PO tells me that if anything this custom is a copy of XMs. Still prefer Sideshows.

Very nice Rhino statue, the paint is spot on. I own the Troy McDevitt 1/12 custom Rhino kit, not sure if you've seen that one but it's really nice. Thanks for sharing. Side note I also own the second appearance of Rhino in a 8 5. I own his first appearance but I'm keeping that, it's displayed with my kit.
