Luis may be a wild card but I don't think he was hacking. His shot accuracy may be different when he is under pressure and when he is not. He can clearly see the guy in the window as he was climbing the roof. He isn't a great player with a lot of bad decision making and he he isn't a level 29 player either, so may be boosting.

Imo, not a cheater. Not that my opinion matters, but he died 3 times due to not the best aim. So definitely not aimbot, and i saw no evidence of walls either. As for the camo’s go. Those camos are easy to get believe it or not. Unless you are just absolutely terrible at “Parkour” stuff. But the course itself isnt necessarily that hard per say. The Aftermarket part for the horus also adds up to his level cause the challenges had been available for a couple weeks now. What it looks like to me is, its a smurf and he went and got those cool camo’s just to have something cool on his guns.

The get higher skin all you got to do is collect 12 coins and leave. You could be lvl 1 and do that. The other skins could be bought blueprints. As far as leveled guns, he could just be using a combination of the blueprint guns and whatever he's leveled while getting to lvl 29. I think he's only walling.

Tim you can only assume when you saw Luis for the 2nd time those were his guns. And it's a lvl 29 with a platinum kar98 and the 10min get high3er camo I don't know how u get plat on the Kar and get the get higher camo and still only be lvl 29. You'd probably be close to lvl 50 by the time u get plat on the Kar. Let alone the get higher camo too. So something weird for sure.

another question is unless the spectate cam is bugged it shows he doesnt have any perks when hes on top of prison. then he makes the jump with 0 fall damage. So either spectate is bugged and not showing perks or he was hacking and has no fall damage
