I think when Rio ripped through the fabric, it was supposed to look cheap. It’s a clue that the road isn’t ‘real’.

You know something interesting when you put on "Real World Glasses" and look at this ending? Billy closes The Road because it is now a real realm that other witches could go to. He seals it with a tomb containing the names of the three women, Lilia, Alice and Sharon. 🕵🏾 *However, in the real world **_Those Three Women Are Missing,_** which means at some point, someone will find that tomb.* Agatha is now dead (ghost form notwithstanding), so the person who will have to answer for it is the one who Still Owns That House... *Ralph Bohner!* 😂🤣😅 😆😅

Do you know why people are just dropping dead then getting up as zombies?" Billy : "I might need to ask my Aunt Rio to find that out" "Who?" "Oh, she's Death. Hang on, I'll call her... does anyone have a candle I can borrow?"

I had the same read on the situation with Agatha and Nicky. I think Rio would have continued to give them more time together as long as she kept giving her bodies. Agatha says she can't cure Nicky's illness or divine when Death will come for him but, for me, it was clear that Agatha continually killing witches was keeping Death at bay. In the pub scene, we see Nicky is VERY ill, so they probably hadn't killed any witches in a while, but he consciously chose not to lure those witches to their deaths. As a result, both he and Agatha ran out of time. Later that night, I think Nicky telling Agatha, "We can kill more witches tomorrow, I promise" is more proof of this idea. I think he realized they had to keep killing witches to avoid his death, but he made it clear he didn't like doing it. I think the Death scene with Nicky implies he had accepted his fate because he went with Death willingly, with no hesitation. Looking back on Agatha's trial, when we hear Nicky's voice say, "Mama, stop," I think it's a reasonable interpretation that Nicky hoped his death would make his mother stop killing witches (because it was no longer necessary to keep him alive). Unfortunately, it had the opposite effect.

On an interesting note, she says she can't protect him (Alice - protection witch), heal him (Jen - potions witch), divine when will death come (Lilia - divination witch)...if only she did not reject covens!

Nicky tells her to stop, from the afterlife, as he sees her killing another innocent witch (and one who was trying to help her, at that). I feel like that moment made her decide that she couldn't face Nicky again

Then why would she keep killing witches for Death after he was gone? I don't think the power stealing had much of anything to do with it.

I completely agree with you on the life-for-life. Its telling that he dies right after they didnt kill the witches. And then she buries her heart with her son, and out of grief strives for power - to try to get her son back.

@@sgrapness4678 if she's traveling town to town it must not be every day, we just happened to see Nicolas when he was needing a life and he refused that day. But there's no way they could be doing it daily, they have to walk to new towns to find new covens.

Agatha's ending was so comic and consistent with her story, in the comics she revives and comes back younger, I hope this happens in the MCU

I hope this doesn't happen bc I wouldn't like to see them recasting Kathryn Hahn for a younger actress. Besides, it's kinda reversed, no? In the comics she's introduced as an old lady, turns into a ghost, then goes for a younger form. In the MCU, Agatha is young, and then turns into an old lady/ghost

@@heyitsmira17 I think they will reverse it as well, unless Kathryn decides she wants to move on from the role when the time comes they will probably just make her look older than she is and she can age into the role eventually if she becomes corporal again.

Billy at this rate? Yeah, I don't think so. But Billy fully in control of his powers? Idk man. He broke the rules for himself unknowingly and brought his brother back. In two occasions, he disturbed the "sacred balance" and Rio couldn't do anything to stop him bc trying to take him by force would make him just reincarnate again 😭 he's THAT powerful. I don't think a fight between Death and a trained Billy would be easy. But Agatha really stood no chance and she even lowkey nerfed Billy by sucking a small portion of his powers and still taking hits from Rio
