was TO LOUD !! installing a resonator on my straight piped ram

I just have to quit it down some the truck sounded great with muffler delete but was little to loud so I install a little resonator, link from the reso 👇

I got Borla s type and it was too loud for me. You video helped me bought AFE resonator comes with clamps and pre cut. I really like the exhaust notes now.

Sounds great. I have a question maybe you can help me with. I have a 2003 Tahoe with 5.3. All stock accept I have true duals and a xpipe and super 10 mufflers. I don't have that deep rumble like your truck does. I know we have different set ups but what can I do for a deeper rumble? Also has high pitch drone. Can you help?

I have straight pipes with stock cat and put a vibrant on it, the shortest one. But that thing kills so much sound, you wouldn't believe it. Since you have both, would you say this one dampens a bit less than a vibrant?

Why not just start with the muffler delete first? I'm thinking of deleting the muffler and leaving the resonators. Will leaving the resonators eliminate the raspy sound?

@@SshiggyY I installed the MBRP muffler replacement on my Ram and it sounds amazing. Super dude with zero rasp to it and it’s not obnoxiously loud. It was under $400 and took my buddy 12 minutes to install it at his shop. Best mod I’ve ever made.
