well, since there is no direct contact with water and the wall & Granite has a good seal between so water leaks the Mounts can last a very long time without any worries. You'll probably end up replacing the Basin and the Mount before any real problems occur

This is incorrect design, maintenance is very high, water will always drip outside the wash basin and into the granite and that is very difficult to clean, add that with soap water falling on it it looks spoty. And open drain pipe doesn't look good at all. Such kind of wash basin needs to be installed under the counter in this case under the granite.

Very poor work . Worst plumbing practise of using flexible waste pipe at basin outlet . 32 mm basin p trap could hv used. Expensive wash basin but bottom of wash basin what is being used just like public toilet in bus stand , very bad workmanship😊
