Use to work at a company that did similar things like the planers, but the section I worked in dealt mainly with calendars. But they'd have demo prints printed off that would sleeve with the customer's information. It's printed off to make sure the ones we are working on looked similar to the demo. Then they'd tape one of the demo's to the boxes so this way the company could see at a glance to keep them all sorted. More so if it's a mult-order like what you do. :) hope that clear things up!

I'm HORRIBLE at social media yet I somehow managed my university marching band's socials for 3 years (mostly because I know how to make memes in Photoshop lol). The biggest thing that helped me was to schedule uploads whenever I had the energy to plan things out. This is partially because my raging ADHD and academic schedule made things extra difficult but it's something to look into if you don't particularly enjoy posting to other social media platforms like I do. Meta Business has a really great calendar feature for posting to Instagram and Facebook, and I think TikTok might have something similar - I know nothing about Twitter so I can't help there. Meta Business also came in clutch when multiple people started managing our socials. You've got an amazing fanbase here on KZbin so not changing much on here is definitely a great move. P.S. My mom and I can't wait for the fall release! I've gotten her hooked on your strawberry designs and she loves a squishy tortie!

Regarding the possibility of doing a series with the snail, if you are looking for inspiration and ideas, something cute would be some of the little critters you might find in a garden having a picnic. You could add more flowers, a picnic basket woven from fallen leaves, a butterfly sipping out of a tiny cup shaped flower, etc. It would be so whimsical and fun.

3:19 I haven’t watched the whole video so excuse me if something gets changed in the middle of the Vlog, but I just needed to pause and say that that notebook design is absolutely stunning. I’ve been eyeing the sketchbooks but I’m the typical person that if something is too fancy, I’m afraid to ruin it, and that embroidery is stunning. The notebooks are also extremely beautiful and well designed, but I feel like they are very low pressure !! I could use it for journaling or for silly little sketches that I wouldn’t want in a Sketchbook because I don’t want to “ ruin it”. ❤❤❤❤❤

I think the editing you'd do for a tik Tok would make the vlog footage different enough. I've watched people's KZbin shorts that are pretty much exactly their vlog just cause the pace and editing is fun to watch and then watch the long content later.

On the social media point: what is your goal with cross posting? If it's to communicate with your YT audience on other platforms, then yeah, there would be pressure for new content. But if it is more focused on gaining new followers that don't follow you on YT yet, then you could reuse footage and it would be less stressful. ❤ Maybe start there and then move to posting platform-specific stuff - might help prevent burnout right off the bat. Hope this helps!

i know you said you dont want to stream the say day you post. but just something that might affect things is that i learned from other yt streamers that you can raid a video link of yours. so like on twitch how u can raid. on youtube you can as well but instead of sending it to another streamer you can actually send everyone to the new yt video you just posted. so you can time upload with the end of ur streams and it can give a nice boost to ur video. but of course up to you just thought it was a neat feature you might already know all of this haha

The scheduling issue sounds like something AI could really help you with. Even if you talked it out like this with some form of AI. They could help come up with an ideal schedule starting point
