Secondly, you don't have to be able to do what others do, the point is to take some of their ideas, and make it your own. i'll also add that I haven't seen another tutorial of washi tape resin-ed this way but I tried it and it works beautifully and is very easy to do!!!

What is washi tape

It's Japanese masking tape. It differs from USA making tape because they are decorated and very repositionable
