I drive feed trucks and blown numerous hoses over the 20+years I’ve been doing it. It has covered my whole truck and It has never messed paint up. Also when you fill your pump up sprayer, the way you keep from making too much suds is to put water hose end at the bottom of tank and fill up.

Hey Bob I came back up to Mass last week because I had Court, and I had every intention on swinging thru and seeing the shop, but time was limited getting back down here to West Virginia. I finally put a Suttner on my Mobile Detailing / Truck Washing Trailer and it has made a world of difference. The time that I save washing Big Rigs is INSANE!!!! Hey man thanks for the videos and the Inspiration to rock the hell out this truck washing game.. I'll link up the next time I hit Springfield....

Hi, Love your videos :), Can you do a 2024 video on how you got started, and then a really in depth of how you bought your wash bay, the edits you made and how others should get started. I am a 15 year old that has been doing pressure washing for a year and want to have my own wash bay in the UK when i am older and would love a guide on how to do that. And also, even though others have probably mentioned, a tour of your shelving rack with your leaf blower, products etc.

I would love to open a shop like yours in Texas and promote your product. From an automotive detail perspective (non big rig type) I can’t get enough of these videos. Most of our soaps and degreaser for our oil field company are caustic, they dull out paint and wheels like no other!
@ChemX7 ай бұрын
I bet you would do really well man, my goal with all my soaps is to get the job done with as little negative effects as possible, so this degreaser hits hard without dulling paint or polished aluminum

Hydraulic oil typically will not damage paint- staining may occur if left over time. Brake fluid however will. NICE VID BTW

brake fluid is very corrosive, if you get brake fluid on paint it is advised to wash it off right away so will not damage the paint, don't know about transm. fluid if it's corrosive or not but I'm inclined to think it's not.
@ChemX7 ай бұрын
Yeah I believe your right about that, in my research since it looks like hydraulic fluid could stain if not handled but may take some time to become a problem

How much water do you think you use when you do a full stars+stripes wash? I’d love to see you guys make or at least prototype a 12/24v DC pressure washer that you could run off a truck, or maybe even off a hydraulic PTO wet kit. So long as you have a garden hose you could wash your truck right at the dock. Hell if you had an RV you could wash the truck while boondocking and not need to invert to AC power.
@ChemX7 ай бұрын
I have a 3.5 gallon per minute power washer, and I’d say a car takes me 5 minutes, a bobtail big rig takes me about 15, and a full size RV maybe 20-25. So you can take the gpm of your machine and multiple it by those minutes and see your water usage.
