Does the drain motor stops after pulling the drain valve or runs untill the spin and rinse completes, and after the wire is pulled inside and if i pull the wire out when then drain motor is running will the wire come out or will be hard to pull.

The drain motor only pulls the wire to open a valve so the water can drain. Yes it stays pulled till spin cycle is completed. Once spin is completed the drain motor stops working and valve wire goes back with spring action closing the valve.

So, help. My pump is doing what it should but often wont drain... its a huge ordeal to get it to. Was going to replace the motor but wondering if thats even it now.

Something like this happened in my case as well. The actuator pulls on the drain plug. Over many years of operations there is a chance the mechanism gets weak and isn't able to overcome friction on the gears. In this video I simply disassembled, greased the gears and reassembled. my motor pulls the wire but dont release it.wire has to be manually released after switching off the washing machine.i have Samsung wobble automatic machine.please help.

It could mean one of the two things 1. The motor is not pulling hard enough 2. The drain latch is jammed, and needs more force to pull Either way I will suggest lubrication at both points. Hi Drain valve not closing back after spin or even at power off. When slightly tapping on drain motor area , it get released So I changed drain motor but same problem persists. Tried to clean drain valve compartment pulling and releasing it manually while allowing soap water filled in the tub to pass through the drain valve. Not solved......... Removed and greased splutch assembly Still not solved Help please......

Adding some oil/grease in the motor assembly worked for me, try cleaning the electric contact point of your drain motor

If water is not holding in tub continuously overflowing from the drain pipe during the washing option,secondly breaks are not applied when the lid of the washing machine is opened or spin cycle is completed, thirdly during washing option the tub rotates half a circle like in washing n rotates half a circle like in spin n voice of spin also,n during all these water is coming in tub n continuously coming out from the drain pipe ,where is the problem ,plz diganose

There are too many things going wrong. Water escaping the tub could mean drain plug or drain actuator not working. Brakes not being applied could mean a fault door switch/relay or faulty drain actuator since that's what engages or releases the brake mechanism. Please look to buy a new machine.
