I wanted to share something and I hope that this message will reach Andrew I used to listen to sermons daily from AWMI, 5 to 8 years ago, and in one of them he said something very special, atleast for me. I've struggled reaaally hard with pride, in many areas in my life. Today it is much better, much thanks to one sermon from Andrew: He suggested that we often value our own effort, both in a higher degree than we should but also wrongly. This was me, in a nutshell, and I longed for change but could not for the life of me find the right tools to get me there. And suddenly, he said this: Imagine Christ, Creator of every atom in existence, riding in unto the streets of Jerusalem, on a donkey. And you are just like the donkey! And all you shout out to the people who comes forward to you (wanting Christ) "it's not me it's not me it's not me!" That playfulness and sarcasm together really turned a cog in my inner man, and slowly but surley since that day God got the foothold He needed to create a massive difference in my future life, the life I live now. I can "proudly" say I am much less of a douche now, much more of a son and yet sooo much more sensitive unto the crap I still cling to. The sanctification is truly in process within me at the moment, and this one thing has been a great key releasing that reality. So thank you Andrew for Your patience, sound teaching and the way you present the Gospel, it truly has changed me for the better. It lights up Philippians 4:8-9 pretty well: having intercourse in my mind with all that is true, honest, just, pure, lovely, of good report, virtuous, and praiseworthy will result in the God of peace being with me, the God of peace who will thus keep me in perfect peace and will crush Satan under my feet! For years I have learned wrongly concerning the gospel and when I questioned things said, because the Bible said something different, well I was told to quit opening a can of worms. Then a friend mentioned Andrew Wommack miniseries several months ago. After listening to him teach I knew he spoke the word of God truthfully. Because Andrew speaks the Bible with personal examples and he’s real. I had been desiring a place to give but it had to be one that actually lived the word of God, taught it, and shared it to every corner of the earth and this is the one place that actually does this. First of all I am blessed by Andrew and his teachings, and am a Grace Partner. I have only been listening to him for less than a year, and I went to the GTC in Orlando in February of this year. The ministry is having a huge impact on my life ( I've been saved and spirit filled for 37 years and am ordained and on staff at our church). However, I have heard him refer to this particular Minister several times in the past who fell because of the prostitute. I've never responded until now. How could he say that he should have done more than watch her undress, and at least got his monies worth. That is something a minister of the Gospel should not have said:( And everybody laughed??? That made me sad... In the past he has stated his name in a few teachings I have listened to, so at least Andrew didn't this time. Did you know that God has forgotten this? Can't Andrew? I had planned on going to CBC her in the Minneapolis area this fall, but this is causing an issue with my wife since we have followed this "minister" before his fall, and continue to support it. She is not on board with AWMI at this time. This minister also has a Bible College where the Bible is the only book used. This minister has seen millions saved and is still reaching the world with their own 24/7 Network on DIRECTV, DISH and is covering the world on cable and satellite networks. Multiple thousands are still being saved and delivered through this ministry. There are over 300 employees at this ministry, so does it matter whose is bigger? The goal should be souls! I watched Duane Sheriff just yesterday speaking at the Healing is Here 2016 conference. He spoke on Discerning the Lord's Body, and how we are all together the body. He spoke about Grace being upon those that minister the Gospel and he will not speak bad about any minister, and that's part of Discerning His Body. Just disappointed that I keep hearing him use "this minister" as an example in some of his teachings:( I will continue to support the ministry and glean from Andrew's teachings. I love him and know God loves us all the same no matter what we do or say:) Love and Blessings to you all and I hope to get out to Woodland Park one of these days!
