We need to put the audio at the speakers podium. I could hear the cans opening and audience noise over the speakers voice. I had to turn up my system to near max volume to hear the speaker behind the cluttered noise.

Unfortunately, we use ceiling speakers that are there to capture audience questions. You are right that they also capture the opening cans at the start of the video. Apologies for that! Hopefully the closed captions might help.
