President Joe Biden heads to Detroit for a reelection campaign rally after Thursday night's high-profile news conference at conclusion of the NATO summit in Washington, during which he was asked about those questioning his fitness and health and again said not dropping out of the race for president, that he is running to "finish the job" of his agenda.
