Was just trying to salute medical workers from the compassionate in my own heart. I have several family members in the medical field as well. Don't know where all this hate is coming from. Put yourself in their shoes. They are in the presence of high viral loads for a full shift. PPE definitely does a lot to help, but a single mistake when doffing can result in an infection. It is scary and it is only normal if they're scared. A young Dr. like Dr. Bai will probably get the mild form of the disease, if he does contract it, so long as he's getting a full 8 hours sleep every night. Also, if he can manage, using hydrothermal therapy when he gets off shift will help a lot. God bless him and all healthcare workers.

Rennie Allen I think a lot of doctors don’t get the option to get 8 hours of sleep a night. Some work 16 hours or 24 hours shift. Sometimes you can lay in bed for hours and not be able to sleep especially of the things you see and worry in your mind. Tough spot for healthcare workers. They are heroes.

Society rewards the wrong people, actors playing pretend, singers, authors can all be rewarded millions or even billions yet the essential people that keep society functioning from garbage collection and disposal, electricians, doctors, nurses, midwives, mental health workers, teachers, postal workers, delivery drivers, plumbers, engineers, constructions workers, police.....and so so many more good people who work hard in their field to keep society functioning. It’s so wrong and vapid. Whilst these celebrities get patted on the back for donating a million here or 10million over there and get lauded for it and yes it’s a nice gesture but it makes me feel a bit sick to think these people think nothing of donating millions almost like the average persons drops their loose change to help the local homeless. It is wrong that those with much have too much and then other people have to go without when there is clearly enough for everybody to go around. How did society get this way.

Well I was informed by the principal that people from my daughter's school died from this virus... So NO! I don't think kids, parents and teachers are acting... And neither he is. We can't do anything to stop it and not even prayers will be enough words to reach to their pain right now. But there is nothing wrong with 'overreacting'. As one of my friends from China said when this was going on in her country:"Protect your family getting everything you need for them to stay at home. If you overreact that is fine; even in if nothing happens in the USA you will have peace in your mind. But if you don't act now and you downplay this virus you will live with regret" And guess what happened? I think that is best to live with peace n mind knowing that you did everything you could than live with regret because of how arrogant you were. I'm so mad at some of my friends saying that hospitals are not at all busy and there is no lack of supplies for healthcare workers. No healthcare worker should have to go without being with their families - but it's understandable why some are minimizing risks and do live separately. But it enrages me when people aren't taking the stay at home orders correctly and think hanging out with family in other homes is acceptable, because of this behavior is the reason why the healthcare industry is so heavily taxed and they have a long journey ahead.
