Did you know that the Israeli army has a protocol called Hannibal, which requires the Israeli forces to bomb in the event of kidnapping Israelis, even if the kidnappers are exposed to danger? This protocol was used on October 7, 2023. For this reason, many Israelis were killed, and Israeli newspapers wrote with reservations about this issue for fear of military censorship
