I was trying to leave work and get to where I was buying the car, which should have been about a 40 minute drive..... Well, because Mike Pence had decided to come to town so he could leave a football game early because Colin Kaepernick was knealing at football games (which, btw, he was told to do that by someone from the military, not as a protest, but to show respect for people brutalized by police).
