Me theory is that the sticky shit is the “ectoplasm” and everything outside the actual skin of the body of Crybaby, is the other world or Melanie’s rendition of the afterlife, and the pink figure is the spirit of crybaby but like reborsn into this spiritual being. In the movie done for her last album K-12, the character Crybaby gets told by a spirit being her body is mortal but she herself in essence is immortal so maybe this is Crybaby’s evolution into something new
