As I understand it, Golgotha is the name of the site where Jesus was crucified (with the two thieves on either side of him). I never heard of it til this song/album.

DUDE! That "Show Must Go On" comparison blew my mind! I love that song, too! No wonder I like this track so much, hahah. Normally I can pick up on these similarities but this one totally evaded me. I'll be listening to this track as well as TSMGO more closely from now on, lol.

Nice job noticing the undeniable David Gilmour influence on the solo and to be exact the Pulse version of Comfortably Numb. I haven't seen any official confirmation on that, but it's been pretty obvious to me since I first heard the song. It's definitely not a bad thing to model your solo after probably the best solo of all time. It's similar enough to recognize the influence, but still legally distinct enough to not be a blatant rip-off. WASP have always had obvious influences of bands like The Who and Pink Floyd in their catalog. Sometimes a little too obvious maybe, but they say imitation is the greatest form of flattery, so who am I to judge?😁

I'm not religious in the slightest but I can appreciate a song regardless of the religious content. If I can listen to all the "hail Satan" stuff of the 80s (via Venom, Mercyful Fate, etc), then there's no reason not to appreciate tunes when the lyrics go the other way. Neither one indicates any kind of allegiance or belief. I just like good tunes.
