What is the meaning of Quick hand for "Other non equipped weapons are also reloaded"? Does it mean that all you weapons in the inventory will be loaded? Or does it refer to your second weapon that you switch to?

When you reload the one you are using the other range weapon 2nd will also be reloaded

Because of ability cooldown the most important one and for strength and agility you need lots of points to make it useful which for those who are not nightmare mode yet won't be able to.
