Hi, top speed was 23.1, its written under description of the video, for the avarage i wouldnt know as it was filmed 5 years ago and i dont remember aynmore, but it was a cool late afternoon that's for sure! :)

How would you describe balancing on foils? Are you ever able to relax or are you always just barely hanging on?

I would say therer is no relax mode on foils, you have to adjust the sail more or less all the time in order to balance properly, I mean, sure - in 9-15 knots you can foil with ease and ''relax'' but with wind strenght increase the work load also increases -higher speed, bigger waves, fast small adjustatements on the sail, 100% focus on what you are doing ..and hanging on..:) but its super fun!

I dont really care about how much views i get as its firstly made for my self and people/friends who like sailing as much as i do, if you dotn like the music there is always ''mute''option:)
