🇹🇭 WAT MAHA THAT - Ayutthaya, Thailand | 2FX

One of the most important temple ruins in Ayutthaya is the "Temple of the Great Relic" or Wat Maha That. It is located inside of the historical island city, infront of the Ayutthayan Royal palace.
Featuring a massive central Prang, large vihara and ubosot, the temple is adorned with chedis and corn shaped pagodas. Today, travelers are intrigued with the severed buddha head on a Banyan Tree's root.
