Hello my dear friend. I went through the temple twice to make sure that I will not miss anything. It took me 4 hours The second time I found out that the Chrystal balls of every dragon (eyes, mouth, neck) reflacting different color. The temple is amazing and definitely worth the visit especially now which is the year of the dragon February the 10th.

@marcuslin1441 you need at least 2 hours or maybe more. The time I was there, one part of the temple right side of the big Buddha was closed because it was still unter construction, must be finished now. All the best for your B-day.

@@wwgtraveler3829 i see, thanks bro for the advice and wishes hehehe. one last thing, this may sounds weird or ridiculous. but, is it possible to request to enter the temple earlier than the opening time? the temple opens at 7am. but as my day is packed and full, i wish to explore everyth without missing out on anything. say maybe requests to enter at 6am? will they allow? not sure if u may know anyth abt this. even if i arrive earlier will there be things outside the temple cave complex i can explore in the mean time? or the whole vicinity is totally shut off? thanks in advance!

@marcuslin1441 I do not know if they will let you in earlier. If the main gate is open I believe you can go in and explore the area, there is a little Chinese temple on the left and a little Thai temple on the right after the main entrance and also the area on the left where the shops, food area and the toilets are. That side leads to the parking area which is open all the time. Besides there will be preparations for the New Year festival and you may find other people at 6am there and also the monks that they usually starting their prayers and meditations at 4am but entering the main temple earlier is something that you have to see for your self when you be there. Notice that the temple is far out from populated areas or villages and you may not find any accommodation nearby, which means that you may have to stay at Nakon Nayok and drive there earlier than 6am and and the fact that many people will like to visit the temple that day may make it hard to find an accommodations. Wish you the best and have fun..
