Im with you. I live in a old house, the landlord only takes the rent and doing nothing. All his houses have huge cracks. I fear every single day to get burried alive. The city does nothing to controll that.

@PrincessSamira_PrincessSiricat who told u to live there? You have the option to vacate but the owner doesn't. The owner faces many problems than the tenants. Your duty is just to pay rent n sit quite whereas the owner has to deal with many craps..

Choride and flouride in water weakens cement concrete and also causes corrosion of iron so it's obvious.....Water used for construction must be necessarily be free of chlorine /chlorides and fluorides... So better use Demineralized and zero tds water for construction purposes

You will notice the concrete has come off the reinforcing.. which could indicate low quality concrete mix, or oxygen & moisture getting into the reinforcing causing rust to expand & weaken/crack the slab.. the builder should be jailed.
