Watch again: Johnny Depp's defamation trial against Amber Heard continues

More witnesses are called to testify as Johnny Depp’s defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard continued on Tuesday 24 May.
Johnny Depp was expected to be cross-examined again on Monday, however at the last minute Miss Heard’s attorneys decided not to call him.
On Monday the court heard from a hand surgeon who said he found Depp’s account of the severed finger fight inconsistent with the injury and a psychiatrist who said the actor’s behaviour was “consistent with a perpetrator of intimate partner violence”.

because it means his testimony is extremely unreliable plus amber's testimony states that the substance abuse was a major trigger that caused him to become abusive so it's really central to all of the allegations. this is kind of a dumb question tbh.

Today has been the most damning day for Amber, everyone of her witnesses has just been proven to have been lying. Ambers sister got called out by her former associate about lying, the man who owned the camp site where they stayed said he saw Amber being abusive towards Johnny, and her and her friends and sisters claims the trailer they stayed in was “trashed” was completely untrue. Today was damning for Amber.

I looked into it and it's the defense putting it on the record that they were prevented from submitting what they believe is evidence even though it's hearsay. From my understanding it appears they are preparing to lose because this type of thing is setting the stage for appealing a guilty judgement. They are allowed to do this for that, but since there is no time, the judge asked of JDs team could donate 30 minutes from their time since AH team is down to only 3 hours. JDs team took the high road and agreed. Typical, basically the abusive woman talks too much and the just husband allows her to talk more.

I am a survivor of severe narcissistic abuse. I actually do recognize much of JDs behaviour. My ex is a covert Narcissist with substance abuse issues and he used the same techniques JD used here, DARVO, a broad support network serving as enablers, etc. I am sure Amber is aware of his power. She did not start this trial. She is defending herself, nothing else. He is aiming to psychologically killing her. I admire her strength to speak out. For me, it is weird when other survivors can't see the classical dynamics unfolding in this case. He is more powerful, wealthier and has a very strong support network. It is a classical case of power imbalance between perpetrator and victim. And in this trial, he is victimizing her again. His bots spreading bad comments about her in social media are just a part of this. Maybe many comments here are the bot comments he sends out in social media to make her look bad.
