I love #3, that wonderful orange boi and the faucet made me giggle. On the other hand, that obnoxious female disciplining her cat is training her cat to not trust her. Cats respond to rewards for good behavior

great videos, so fun and cute. but a few are hollering or shaming their cat and dont realize they are just making it feel bad and confused, the owners dont know that this method is not going to work or solve anything. there are cat rules and dog rules and people that learn more about their 'babies' have an easier time and better relationship. for a cat being hollered at or shamed is confusing, cats are not geared to learn that way and do not 'get it'. the best 'cat ways' are to divert their attention and prevention. put some double sided tape on the item they are getting into trouble with, like: over the pot they are digging in the dirt and making a mess (make sure their litter box is clean and look up about litter boxes for cats) or, put the tape or aluminum foil on counter tops, clawing screens or sides of couches, use double sided tape strips. Deter them from doing that, after a month or so they will use their cat scratchers instead, look online about what they need so they dont use your furniture or screens. also, once you see them start doing something you dont want them to do, you can firmly and calmly tell them, "no dont do that" a few times. they do understand from your tone of voice and may stop, this may take few or 10 times depending, they will remember after a while and stop doing the bad thing. they like to be liked so will start to behave. they must be treated with respect but also its okay to tell them no, stop, to them its kind of like a warning, like a growl when they want you to stop doing something. they relate to that. If you shame them or holler, or disrespect them they are confused, sad, mad and they dont associate what they did with your behavior and they may become more wary, uncomfortable, some get mean or some hide and are depressed. as a cat parents we learned how to handle and treat a cat we find they are more loving, stay out of trouble and feel free to be themselves, they feel understood by you because you 'know their ways'. I looked up how to groom a cat, not force it so our cat looks forward and begs to be groomed now. It took months but patience pays off. otherwise it was just frustrating for both cat and us. When I was younger I didnt know any of this and would wonder why they just kept doing the same thing over and over. I made the same mistakes over and over thats why. I never looked anything up. Since we humans are the superior intelligent ones then we are the ones that need to learn about them, they can only go so far to try to communicate with us. If they realize we know enough to meet them halfway the cat is so much happier. Read all you can especially if there is an issue. It was eye opening and interesting and made us better parents and it worked. our cats are happier now than ever before.

i'm sorry, some folks just do not think. maybe at the right time ask them if they would kindly please think of you because xyz etc. Be sure to bring them a piece of cake or fruit and... a flower as a peace offering. You may need to remind them again but always nicely and be careful.

no, please stop. please let others know that cats respond better if they are respected, not made to feel bad. that is how you get the cat to behave. divert their attention. just like some people, cats respond best and love compliments. Always respectfully inform the cat not to do something. Shame on humans that make animals feel bad or shamed. Humans need to learn about how to treat their 'pets'.
