I am 52 and voted for most parties including Labour over the years, last time was for Reform, I have never been that fussed who won but this Labour party is the first time I can honestly say I HATE them. The best part of it so far is watching everything they are trying to do go tits up. I am going to sit back and laugh as each week turns from one disaster to the next. By the time the next election comes around they will be so hated I will never have to put up with Labour in power again for the rest of my life. It is with great sadness that I have to mention the loss of a few local businesses as a result of Rachel Reeves' recent budget announcement. A local bra manufacturer has gone bust, a submarine company has gone under, a manufacturer of food blenders has gone into liquidation, a dog kennel has had to call in the retrievers and a company supplying paper for origami enthusiasts has folded. Local strip club has gone tits up,Interflora is pruning its business and Dyno-rod has gone down the drain. The saddest one though is the ice cream van man found dead covered in nuts and raspberry sauce. He couldn’t take it any more and topped himself.

Where has this “everyone lies on their CV” attitude/theory come from? I never have and neither has my daughter. If I found out one of my candidates had lied on their CV they wouldn’t get the job. If I had already employed them before references came back, unless they were outstanding at their job, I would get rid still.
