And I'm going to share one thing with you if you ever come to America prices you pay for stuff there in Africa You might end up paying double the average haircut here is $25 and up American money. Your average hamburger is almost 5 or 6 American dollars if not more depending on where you get it from. Just letting you know lol take care and be blessed.

Basically Panama is like the USA because when I was looking into the history, from USA help them fight the war against Colombia they just adopt everything for the USA. Money, Shopping malls, phone line (T-mobile), train etc… The only difference is the language, so any America I think would be okay down there in terms of similarities only language would be problem. The trip definitely increase my knowledge with Panama, thanks guys‼️🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲💛🖤💚

Another plus for Jamaicans who have never travelled, you do not need a visa to visit Panama and other South American countries. So, if you want to go on a vacation other than the USA, Canada or UK that is a big plus.

The more you travel the more broaden your perspectives become. You will see that although Jamaica is really nice and has many pluses, in a lot of ways we're being short-changed. Takes the Christmas decorations for example , before we put of a string of lights we have to give great consideration to Mr. JPS. Safe and hassle free journey back home

Thanks for the info Colaz…. Really enjoyed following you all on your adventures in Panama 🇵🇦 When I travel I try to always learn the basics of the language…. Some languages are easier than others….eg like thanks please good morning etc….When in Turkey last month I noticed the Turks also used a translator too…. Some phones like the Samsung have a dual sim facility… so you can put another sim in your phone at the same time as your normal sim… can’t wait to visit Panama 🇵🇦.. yes you have to keep converting the price back into the currency you are familiar with back home to see if something is expensive or not…. I think we are being ripped off in too many countries like Jamaica 🇯🇲 the USA 🇺🇸 or even the UK 🇬🇧 and Europe…. 😼

Mr. Colaz, regarding safety in 🇵🇦: Some neighborhoods are more prone to safety problems than others on a regular basis. This could be from a high end to a low income community. Glad that you and your team chose 🇵🇦 and will be taken back to 🇯🇲 some fun memories (except the 5 hrs hold up at the airport, which in my opinion was due to racial profiling). My favorite was the Chagres trip on the 🛶 visiting the indigenous people. Blessings to all.🙂👋🏽

Did you get a chance to visit the Afro Antillano Museum in the city which is dedicated to the history of our West Indian ancestors who not only built the canal but helped to shape the culture you are enjoying during your visit. A book titled The Diggers is highly recommended to folks seeking a comprehensive account of the history I referenced earlier. The first Black pilot to guide ships thru the Canal is of Jamaican's background as were the first Black couple who piloted a tug boat in the Gatun Locks area.
