Crime Rate here in Antipolo is significantly lower compared to other cities in NCR, and there are many schools here in Antipolo that offers from preschool to college

I have a property in eastland heights and residence of cogeo village. Traffic is only during rush hours. Much better condition compare to manila (polluted & congested). Currently, you have 2 access going in & out of eastland heights, thru sumulong highway and marcos highway. If you are young 20+ or 30+ or even 40+, sun valley and eastland heights is good investment and residence. The future is intact and guaranteed. If you are old and cannot wait for future project completions better leave in province and just grow crops.
