Windscreen glass is different than other glasses in a car. Windscreen glass when cracked doesnt get shattered easily. The other glasses are tempered glass. Hence the different ID number.

Sir humne bhi recently altroz ptrl book ki hai hai last april tak aa jaayegi to sir hum bhi pdi jarur karenge just like you but ek khaas baat ye hai ki jab humari car truck ke dwaara transport hokar aayegi tab humne dealer se kaha bhi hai jab Car unload hogi tab video bhi banakar bhejna to shaayad is wajah se vo gaadi aur bhi acchi tarah se unload karenge

What did tata dealer replied for tearing off the pdi coupon. In my car on visiting showroom there are no seat covers no pdi sticker and this coupon is in torn condition.

Check gear lever when the engine is off it should be smooth... And check the stearing on muddy road when the car isn't moving no screathing nice should be there
