One more incident i want to share, mere kisi relative ki shaadi thi wo my parents said go and buy electric cooker but meri kismat kharab maine apni mummy k phone se Flipkart account banaya and order kiya Flipkart se. And price was around 5000, jis din order aaya meh ghar pe nahi tha mummy ne order le liya paise de diye jab ghar aaya dekha ye to wrong delivery kar di seller neh 600 rupee ka ek chota sa exhaust fan bhej diya tha. Customer care se baat ki onhe return dala and sellee ne reject kar di and again called customer care return request daali seller ne reject kar di and 2 din yahi chala 3rd day muje mail aata heh u did multiple attempt to return your order so aapka account block. Aaj 4 saal se jada ho gaye wo exhaust fan aaj b waise ka waisi heh oski seal b nahi kholi store room me pada heh and jab b ghar waale ose dekhte heh muje gaali dete heh ki dukan se lene ko bola tha online ka chaska laga tha tuje 5000 ka nuksan karwa diya. So Flipkart is totally scam inke seller bahut bade scammers heh

Flipkart ka exchange wala bhi scam chal raha hain. Delivery guys aapko pehle puchte hain ki kaunsa phone exchange mai de rage no n price kya hain. Once you tell them exchange prices, woh bolenge sir mujhe de dijiye at same rate. If you deny, fir Jo phone condition aap select karte ho for exchange, usmai se ek do checks jaanbhuj ke fail karte hain so that price kam ho. Ismai management inki management bhi shamil hain. If you already know phone condition then you select phone condition for exchanging. Inko job training proper nahi ya fir Inko waise train kiya jata hain
