Signalsoldier I’ll admit he was one of the greatest athletes ever. But to say he’d be a hall of fame NFL player is a stretch. He averaged under 700 yards per season rushing the ball. Great running backs like AP and CJ2K have rushed in a season for what he rushed for in 4 seasons.

I was 11 years old and loved baseball, and was collecting baseball cards...came across Bo and all the hype. With no-one to tell me how the game worked, I was about 5 Raiders games.....New football fan.

I am thankful to have grown up in the 80’s in Los Angeles. Bo Jackson was a god for a brief couple of years that he was active in the nfl and mlb. He was bigger than life. He was a shining star and still is.

I am BO fanatic as well as Auburn ! Bo and his coaches swear he barely worked out, he was just a genetic God. I love the debate between him and Herschel. Obviously im a Bo fan, and Herschel is the only person close to being on his level in my opinion but I give the edge to Bo... strictly because love his sub 4.3 forty time that is still the fastest one in sec history to my knowledge ... both are generational talents that we will never see again

Where's the highlight of where, after palming a one-hopper off the wall at the warning track, he throws out a runner(Harold Reynolds) at Home Plate? Teardrop on the plate. The catcher had started to walk to the dugout cuase he knew the runner was the game winning run...then he came back after he saw Bo palm the ricochet off the wall. THAT is the greatest play ever....kzbin.info/www/bejne/m3OcqJyVr9uAmq8
