I am a hospice nurse who’s admitted thousands of dementia patients. According to the FAST scale, there are 7 stages of Alzheimer’s disease and I can confidently say Biden is in stage 5, based on what I’ve seen from him publicly. In private, he may actually be somewhere in stage 6. Stage 7 is where they become hospice eligible with an average life expectancy of 6-12 months if the disease follows the natural progression.
