We were on a family vacation in Hawaii and stayed at the same hotel the same time the Brady Bunch was there. The Royal Hawaiian on Waikiki. The boys and girls stayed in different parts of the hotel. The dad had a suite. They were done filming by noon each day and we would see them out by the pool. As kids, we were so excited to see the Hawaii episodes on TV.

When the Brady kids grew up,they had all a rough time getting acting gigs due to the Brady curse,so they all had to really work hard to make it. Now,as they are older and they too see the moral decay plus their own amazement of how popular the show was,and reunions,they all now realize how lucky they were to be a part of the Brady bunch. A show that actually had morals.

The interior is mirrored from the exterior. I have always noticed this even when I used to watch it back in the day. On the exterior shot the upstairs bathrooms is on the left but in the interior shots the bedrooms is on the right. Or is it just me.

That staircase does not meet current building code. They will have to play a sneaky game of bait and switch with the building inspector to get a permit. They'll have to install a code compliant railing and fill the gaps between the steps to get the certificate of occupancy. Then after they have that, they'll be able to remove the extra stuff so it matches what was in the TV show.
