The cleaning of high-quality mechanical watches is required both in the manufacture for intermediate and final cleaning as well as in service. With the technically groundbreaking cleaning machines of the Elmasolvex series, Elma has developed three unique application-related machines.
The Elmasolvex VA is a single-chamber machine that is explosion-protected due to the integrated vacuum technology and therefore ideally suitable for solvent-based watch cleaning materials. Tried and tested by well-known watch manufacturers, the machine also has 2 ultrasound frequencies.
The Elmasolvex RM automatic watch cleaning machine has several cleaning stations and an integrated dryer. It operates using rotation and vibration.
The Elmasolvex SE also operates using rotation and vibration; however, it is operated manually. Less space is needed with this and smaller quantities of parts can be cleaned simply and easily with the machine.
