It is one thing to have an accent. It is one thing to have a heavy accent. I have no issue with either. But when I cannot understand ONE GODDAMN WORD the Citibank customer service representative is trying to say, that is problematic. They should have at least 2% proficiency in English in order to be hired to purport to provide customer service in English. Expecting that standard is more than reasonable.
