If it wasn’t for Eisner Disney wouldn’t be around today. He, along with Roy Disney and Frank Wells saved the Walt Disney Company

I agree with you and Michael Eisner is supportive of Bob Iger as CEO to Disney. Nevertheless, Bob Iger is stepping down from his Disney CEO position.
@Chiggs3 жыл бұрын
Sorry, but that's just not true. Michael Eisner nearly ruined Disney and chased out top talent. At one point he even wanted to fire Iger. There's a reason there was a shareholder revolt against this guy. Read Disney War and I doubt you'll be singing his praises.
@prismstar4383 жыл бұрын
@@Chiggs Yes, but within the 80's to 90's, he certainly had a hand in creating the Disney Renaissance, saving the company from financial ruin. It was only after Frank Well's passing that things began to go awry fast for him.

Michael Eisner should come back to Disney after Bob Iger officially retires after his two-year contract expires. He could lead the company again and I don't know why did he stepped down from his CEO position before handing the CEO title to Bob Iger.

His former Paramount boss and Mr. Burns inspiration Barry Diller has long been someone who Eisner has never been able to overpower. One advantage for Diller has been his decision to long maintain a low profile by not holding a fair share of interviews.

The problem is not only new content, there is too much mediocre new content, made in haste because money flowed in from investors eager to fund so-called streaming ...so content has to be absorbing well written something new to say, and remote flicking bored audience must sit up and want to know the visual content on screen.
