When you listen to the audio clip at the end where they are talking about the hackvist groups popping up all over the world, there are coordinates displayed at the top of the audio window, and the coordinates point to London, someone noticed it a few years ago because it wasn't there originally, showed up months after the game was released, and we always speculated that london would be the next location, and ubisoft confirmed it last year when they revealed legion.
