Finally! Someone with common sense. I was surprised at the amount of dynamic interaction you can see between the NPCs of this game. Only if their spawn rate was more or could somehow be increased. The streets most of the time looks empty for the lack of cars and people.

@@ray4493 Ur right dude, the more closer we have to an increase of pedestrians in watch dogs 2 is the Natural San Francisco mod, adds a couple more pedestrians to the streets, but not that much. It would be so cool if someone modified the game files and increased the density of npcs

as I person who loves a bright tone and story in games , watch dogs 2 was the best watch dogs game ever , WD1 was amazing but was too dark for me so I never felt good while playing that game
