30:14 this part is actually technically a separate mission, it was originally going to be called "Let's Play Make A Deal" (quote from the cutscene) and feature one additional cutscene with TBone leaning over a railing but both of these got cut It's also worth pointing out that T-Bone originally was supposed to give you driving contracts and wouldn't have a physical appearance in the game (this was during 2011)

That is true, they're separate missions but the first one isn't counted towards progression, and the second one doesn't notify you of the mission name etc, they originally were "split" but that got changed for some reason, this happened with bunch of missions like Uninvited, For The Portfolio or Sometimes You Stil Lose

No my save file got corrupted when the game crashed and I didn't want to have to start again nor deal with the constant crashes in later missions. Just an unfortunately broken PC port.
