AK 47 type weopon and Combat Roll are my 2 top priorities. But I have a variety of operatives available, in order to cover all situations.

I was thinking a lot about that one, I think that's a good combo, although I don't have one. You might think that it's just a poor man's hitman. But hitmen have a serious disadvantage - very long fiber wire takedowns in stealth. So having an agent without that disadvantage + cheaper online is a very good alternative.

Almost as good as Pro Hitman. Very OP they are. I call that loadout "Tanks" since they pretty much have a ton of health and do good damage at once.

Well, I would think that First Responders are tanks, especially with Physically Fit perk.
