It's a baby step but in the right direction. These baby steps are mostly for public consumption because majority these crooks are never prosecuted. I use Kiganjo-Nanyuki stretch of the highway and every traffic stop is essentially an extortion stop and the officers hardly hide it. They will actually ask/demand it. I call it a fundraiser🤣- like "they have come for the fundraiser huh ? "
