When they are talking to someone they have kidnapped on the street, they are so confident and assertive, one would believe that they know everything there is to know about the law. We did. 6 years we have going through the process. The courts decided the cops enjoy qualified immunity, open carry is illegal if anyone calls the police on them, and all these cops are still cops.
