I did what you said and after hitting "Install" another green and white box pops up but my remote quits working to go down to hit INSTALL.

That app sucks ! Channels work a while and then stop. You have to close that channel and then reopen it and sometimes that doesn't work.

I totally understand your frustration! Technology can be so unpredictable sometimes. Hopefully, they'll work out the kinks soon!
