I think people missed and continue to miss the biggest angle of this battle that helped Geechi win in addition to the bars. On camera it looks even worse for shine. Shine never repped blood this hard in any battle I've seen him in. Yea references here and there and his name is a reference to his set. But never like this. He was trying extra hard this battle and all of those "bloods" behind him made it even worse. It's like he tried to prove how hard he was to Geechi. Geechi was by himself and never raised his voice with all the extra shit like shine because he doesn't have to. REAL gang culture vs POP Culture image of it, is how it comes off. Geechi's rounds, if you listen, he is telling shine they are not the same and why. It's levels. His whole third round is directed directly at him (for the person that asked "what his 3rd had to do with shine" EVERYTHING LOL). He told and showed him there is no comparison in lifestyles ("don't talk that gang banging shit to me, you ain't did enough.") Vince Staples is absolutely correct that Geechi won the 2nd round easily off one question "WHERE IS YOU FROM?" If you know you know *Pusha T voice.* Shine's silence and body language speaks VOLUMES. People clown Rum for chunkin c's every time someone say crip, but I guarantee if someone asked him that question it would NOT be no silence. Just saying. I like shine, but Geechi not only won bar for bar in my opinion, he won the battle in every aspect.
