Instead of being committed housemakers, our sisters aspire to be part of such schools and later express remorse and bad experiences. It is the duty of a husband to bring bread and butter for his family. and whatever he gets, the girl should appreciate this. This thought can lessen the burden on their family. These women should not be ready for every type of exploitation. it is a man who can suffer these hardships and argue for rights in such an exploitative society. I'm also an LGS teacher and believe in you because this ruthless and discriminatory behaviour by the school principals is a 'norm'. School principals are arrogant and treat teachers in a way as they are their slaves ( in a way it is true because they are not allowed to say 'no' to a principal). Teachers are quite reluctant to talk about this because they know as soon as they'll utter a word about it they'd be sacked. I feel for you and pray that Allah SWT give you strength to go through this period of distress. As far as Miss Ali is concerned she has not done anything yet for the betterment of teachers. Teachers are underpaid, burdened with over-load and constantly under pressure and have no security of job because thay can be sacked anytime without any reason. We need a forum to talk about the problems teachers face in different schools.

I experienced such conditions while doing job ( not in LGS), these harassments are common in every job. If you don't have any strong reference, you will be thrown out even if you are competent and efficient.

Sorry to hear about your tragedy. Please spit on these cruel so called professionals. i served LGS international Johar town for 19 years and the principal fired me on religious grounds because he wanted to promote a christian friend which he did . I did not look back just left everything on Allah. I was working there as Sports Coordinator , I got the job immediately with a better package. Thanks to Allah. I just don't understand why women act so naive for themselves when in such health conditions. May Allah give you patience and strength for your loss but I would want her to realise this that if she was a part of the school system and she knew that the education mafia works that way and also her principal wasn't much supportive she should've taken her own health seriously at first. If I was in her place I would've even quit. secondly, it was her husband's equal responsibilty to make sure of her health at that period of time that was she taking much stress to herself!
