Bagbin is sick. Very very sick. Dr. Kwaku Afriyie was so respectful. Look at his statement: Mr. Speaker with all due respect .." Bagbin action was unwarranted. He will go down in history as an insane, most corrupt and incompetent speaker in the history of Ghana. Just listen to Muntaka, his own Party MP Bagbin is disgraceful.
