After being worked for continous 10 years in one company i resigned my job not due to work load but due to office politics. I have an history of best performer all through my carrier inspite of that i have been targeted, *office politics again* If i go for dinner break my time starts in the communicator/sametime and if i come late just just by one minute my boss use to ask for reason being late on the other hand my colleagues if they come late by one hour also my boss never use to ask them and when i raised the same question my boss use to say dont tell me about others i am asking you tell me about yourself only....let me add something here in hindi MAATHERCHOD CULTURE HOTHA MNC's ME....LADKIYON KA GROWTH BADI AASAANI SE HOTH AUR MARD KITNA BI JAGMARAU KUCH NAHI HOTHA.....

Dear Praveen, proffesionally i work as a Trainer in Safety & Security field and sometimes this workload really pressurize us to think for the resignation without even having a job in hand. To overcome such situations i boost my morale with the old saying of "Boss is always right" moreover in todays world its quite diffcult to get the Job Satfisfaction. work load is not a problem I think , if we enjoy the work no matter work load is not a fact, but if your management unlook your effort and expects imaginary figures that time is when most people resigns.

I am not satisfied with your work load connection to management skills. Both of different concept. Because of some times higher authority people just enjoy designation authority. They don't loaded work own hand. Against of this just they pressurized only people. Because of this is not management skills. This is only habit. But I liked your speaking skills.
