I was doing exactly that from the time i started trading in July. Trade 7 to max 10:30 and shut down the LT,wear a blackout mask on my eyes,sit on my yoga mat for atleast 30 minutes, try emptying my mind and smiling. Every time I haven't stopped around 10:30 my day turned to red, just because trading pumps dophamine, I am not gonna let that take me over. Be your own boss Ross, make your "self" listen to you. My game plan for the last month is not to take a trade until mid day because I’m a 0dte SPY option trader and always hit nice on that lunchtime reversal, but as soon as the market opens I’m buying calls or puts like crazy. Then get myself in a hole and have to work my way out of. Trading SPY its better for direction first. So I’m trying harder to humble myself

Ross, as it gets close to the end of the year, you might want to do a re-cap for those who are not setup with a Mark to Market with the IRS and the potential danger of Washout trades and the 30-day rule that applies. Talking to my CPA, there is a way around this but I can't give out CPA advise. It involves not trading the entire month of December to meet certain requirements.

I made money off of twg. However, I had to stare at the screen for 2 hours. lol It was to close to gambling when I had to hold on to the stock for 2 hours in hopes that I made money of it.
